反应器是催化裂化汽油吸附脱硫(S Zorb)装置的核心设备,过滤器ME-101则是反应器的核心设备。某炼油厂S Zorb装置共运行46个月,停工大检修时发现反应器分配盘严重磨损。通过对ME-101的检修,结合第三周期运行经验,总结导致ME-101出现的问题是:压差升高较快;过滤器大法兰易泄漏着火。提出了降低反应器内吸附剂细粉含量及优化过滤器本体结构的应对措施,为同类装置反应器关键设备的运行维护及检修提供了经验。

Reactor is the core equipment of S Zorb unit for FCC gasoline. Whereas,the reactor filter ME-101 is the core equipment within the core equipment. In the shut-down for the overhaul of the S Zorb unit ina refinery after 46 months’ operation,serious erosion was found in the distribution plate of reactor. Throughthe maintenance of ME-101 and summary of experience of 3 rd stage operation,the root causes of the problemsof ME-101 are summarized: i. e. faster differential pressure rise and flange of filter subject to leakage fire.The reduction of absorbent powders in the reactor and optimization of filter body construction are recommen-ded,which provides good experience for the operation and maintenance of critical equipment such as reactor inthe similar units.
