五千年中华文明积淀下来的中国传统伦理道德在处理当代家庭问题中有重要价值,但伴随现代家庭结构的转变、家庭矛盾的凸显,我们需要结合新的时代特征对传统家庭伦理道德进行现代性的思考,这种思考主要基于一种将带有关怀特征的传统家庭伦理与正义伦理融合的家庭伦理构建新视角,为解决新的历史时期出现的家庭问题提供路径。

Family has a unique position and significance in Chinese culture. The ethical path of 'family-country' makes the family ethics the ethical base of all morality, and the family ethics is the foundation of the social system of ethics. The traditional Chinese ethics, which has accumulated over the past five thousand years, has an important value in dealing with the problem of contemporary family. However, with the change of modern family structure and the presence of the conflicts in family, we need to think about traditional family ethics from a modern perspective. This kind of thinking is mainly based on the integration of the ethics of care and the ethics of justice, and it provides a way to solve the family problems in the newhistorical period.
