断根培土对花生光合特性及干物质积累的影响

摘要 为明确断根培土对花生生长发育的调控效应,丰富花生栽培理论与技术,在大田覆膜栽培条件下,研究了断根、培土和断根培土3个处理对花生光合特性及干物质积累的影响。结果表明,培土处理的叶面积系数、功能叶叶绿素SPAD值、净光合速率和茎、叶、荚果干物质质量在处理后一直都高于对照,有时达显著水平;断根对叶面积系数、叶绿素SPAD值、净光合速率和茎、叶、荚果干物质质量的影响表现为先抑制后促进的作用。断根培土则综合了断根和培土的优点,表现出正向叠加效应,显著促进花生荚果干物质积累。 In order to investigate the regulatory effects of root-cutting and earth-up on growth and development of peanut and enrich theoretical and technical basis for peanut cultivation.A field experiment under mulching was conducted to study the effects of three treatments(root-cutting,earth-up,rootcutting&earth-up)on the photosynthetic characteristics and dry matter accumulation of peanut.The results showed:earth-up strictly increased leaf chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate,leaf area index,stem,leaf and pod dry matter weight after treating,and sometimes it reached a significant level.Root-cutting all first restricted and then promoted the leaf chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate,leaf area index,stem,leaf and pod dry matter weight.Root-cutting&earth-up showed the positive effects by taking advantages of root-cutting and earth-up,and promoted the accumulation of dry matter of peanut pods significantly.
