Design of Ice and Snow Light-cleaning Machine

目前,主要道路的冰雪清理,可由大型清雪机完成,而相对狭窄的街道或者居住的社区、校园等地,主要由人工完成。这些地方都是人群密集的地方,不同于单纯的浮雪,常因踩踏、融化凝结成冰雪混合状态,难以清理。因此,设计了一种成本较低、便于操作的小型破冰清雪机械。该机械以小型汽油机为动力,通过破冰装置将坚冰破碎,然后通过收集装置将碎冰和积雪收集起来,集装箱盛满后,推到路边缷掉,操作轻便、简单实用。样机经过试验,效果较好,基本完成了各项技术指标。

At present,the ice and snow on the main road are often cleaned by large-scale cleaning machine.However,the cleaning work has to be performed manually on some narrower streets,for example in communities and schools.Such places are mostly crowded.Different from places simply covered by the snow,ice and snow are combined together because of stepping and melting.Therefore,we designed a kind of low-cost and easy-operated light cleaning machine.This kind of machine is powered by the mini gasoline engine,breaking the ice using broken device.And then it could collect the broken ice and snow by the collected device.We can carry the ice and snow to where it could be unloaded after the container is full.This machine is easy-operated and practical.We got good experimental performance after we tested the sample machine,thus it completely reached our expectation in terms of the proposed technical parameters.
