基于利益相关者理论的“农家乐”旅游发展研究——以浙江省安吉县报福镇为例

A Study on “Happy Farm Households Activities” Development Based on the Theory of Stakeholders——A case study of the Baofu Town in Anji County

不同利益相关者之间的关系是影响旅游可持续发展的重要因素之一。"农家乐"作为乡村旅游发展的一种典型形式,其利益相关者之间的合作与冲突成为影响其发展的突出因素,由此可以影响到"农家乐"旅游景区的可持续发展。文章采用利益相关者理论的研究方法,以旅游客流和社区居民的博弈分析为重点,分析安吉县报福镇"农家乐"发展中利益相关者在合作的前提下进行旅游项目选择,提出"农家乐"旅游可持续发展的协调机制,从而推动该类型旅游景区可持续发展。

The relationship among the different stakeholders is one of the most important factors that affect destination sustainable development. "Happy farm households’ activities" is the most typical tourist activities among the rural tourism. The cooperation and conflict among the stakeholders will be a major factor that influences the development of the "Happy farm households’ activities". The article emphasizes with the game analysis between the tourist flows and the local people. The tourist projects selecting process is analyzed on the premise of stakeholders’ cooperation in the development of the "happy farm households’ activities", and the long-run benefits for both the tourist flows and the local people for the sustainable development to the "happy farm households’ activities".
