摘要
文章在调查研究的基础上探讨了导游人员的职业倦怠现状,分析了工作压力、社会支持与职业倦怠三者之间的关系。研究表明:(1)从总体上讲,导游人员所体验到的职业倦怠程度属中等水平,男性导游人员的职业倦怠高于女性,26~35年龄段的导游人员职业倦怠程度最高。(2)职业倦怠与工作压力呈显著正相关,与社会支持呈显著负相关。社会支持通过调节导游人员对本身工作压力的感知,从而影响职业倦怠程度。
Based on investigation, the condition of the tour guides’ job burnout and the relationship among work stress, social support and job burnout are researched on. it show that: (1) Totally, the tour guides’ job burnout is moderate, male’s job burnout is more serious than female’s, the job burnout of the tour guides aged from 26 to 35 is highest. (2) The relationship between job burnout and work stress is significantly positive, while the relationship between job burnout and social support is significantly negative. Through accommodating tour guides’ apperceive to their work stress, job burnout can be influenced by social support.
