Study on Tourism Industrial Investment Fund

产业投资基金是一大类概念,国外通常称为风险投资基金和私募股权投资基金(PE),一般是指向具有高增长潜力的未上市企业进行股权或准股权投资,并参与被投资企业的经营管理,所投资企业发育成熟后通过股权转让实现资本增值。鉴于中国旅游业的整合趋势明朗化,国内产业基金市场化法律环境的成熟,文章期望通过研究旅游产业投资项目的设立,来改善或促进旅游投资在金融工具方面的创新。

Industry’s investment fund is one big concept, which in abroad is usually called risk investment fund or private collection investment fund. It refers to the ownership of a share or quasi-ownership of a share investment which have high potential and are conducted by enterprises who do not come into market yet, but it take part in management. After the enterprise investment growth up, capital increase in value can be achieved through transference of ownership of a share. Owing to the conformity tendency’s clearness of Chinese tourism industry and the maturity of law environment with national business market, the paper expects to improve or promote tourism investment innovation in financial tool through research on the establishment of tourism investment item.
