Behavior Guiding Teaching Method Application in the Hotel Management of Higher Vocational Education

现代职业教育目标更注重学生全面职业行为能力的培养。在高职酒店管理专业教学中开展行为导向教学法的实践正是为了顺应现代职业教育这一培养目标的。该文在分析行为导向教学法的教学内涵、理念和特点的基础上,探讨了高职酒店管理专业中运用行为导向教学法的具体做法,并指出了该模式在实施中的保障。

The modern vacational education attaches importance to students’ gaining of occupational ability. Practice of behavior guiding teaching in Hotel Management is just accord with mordern vocational education. Based on the analysis of connotation, idea and character of the behavior guiding teaching, the paper discusses the concrete methods in practicing it in Hotel Management and points out the way to ensure to do it.
