摘要
导游队伍存在着文化层次整体不高,高级导游及小语种导游数量少,激励机制不完善,收入不透明等一系列问题。其结构性的缺陷成为制约我国旅游服务质量的瓶颈。该文针对性地提出了一些改善策略,希望能对解决以上问题有所帮助。
Many problems among tourist guides have arisen nowadays such as lower education,lack of top guides and minority-language guides,imperfection in incentive mechanism,unopened income,and so on.And the imperfect construction is the restrictive factor to tourist services.Some solutions suggested in this article are expected to be helpful to the problems mentioned above.
