摘要
酒店实践教学环节是旅游院校酒店管理专业教学过程中极为重要的环节,也是造成旅游饭店人才"潜流失"的环节。其中,实习生的不良实习体验是造成流失主要原因,旅游院校作为实践教学环节的组织者和管理者,应采取积极有效的措施,通过建立优质、稳定的校外实践教学基地,做好实践教学环节的各项组织管理工作,预防和减少旅游人才的流失,促进旅游业的发展。
Hotel internship of hotel management students is not only one of the crucial teaching stages for tourism colleges,but also an important factor that influences the "potential brain drain" in tourism enterprises and hotels.Students’ bad experiences during the internship contribute to their turnover intention.Tourism colleges,as both the organizer and administrator of the teaching stage of internship,should make efforts to the management of the internship courses,come up with constructive methods to prevent or decrease the drain of tourism talents,and boost the development of the tourism industry.
