摘要
国内饭店治理结构的转换是中国饭店业融入国际化竞争的关键。该文通过对我国本土饭店集团内部治理结构的现状分析,找出我国饭店集团内部治理结构主要存在的问题,提出了完善我国饭店集团内部治理结构的相应对策。只有改善国内饭店集团的治理结构,解决集团内部决策程序和权力配置等问题,才能真正提高我国饭店集团的运行效率,增强我国饭店集团的国际竞争能力。
For China’s hotels, internal governance structure conversion plays critical roles in the global competition. After analyzing the internal governance structure status of domestic hotel groups, this article finds out the main problems of the existing structures and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures. It believes that only by improving internal governance structures and optimizing decision-making procedure and power disposition, can the efficiency and competency of China’s hotel groups be truly enhanced.
