旅游饭店的节能具有重要的经济效益和社会效益。该文主要从技术管理角度讨论了运营中的饭店在电、煤(油)、水三方面的节能途径,以及新建、改建和扩建的饭店在建筑围护结构上的节能设计。最后指出了节能举措应保证宾客舒适度,节能投资可考虑逐渐流行的新模式"合同能源管理"。

Hotel energy saving has important economic and social benefits. The paper from technical management angle, discusses the approaches of energy saving for electricity, coal (oil) and water in operating hotels, as well as energy saving design on envelope building, rebuilding and enlarging hotels. In the end, it puts forward that energy saving methods should ensure guests’ comfort, and that the new mode Contract Energy Management which is becoming popular gradually can be taken into account in energy saving investment.
