资助工作视角下高职家庭经济困难学生自卑心理探析

An Analytical Study of Inferiority Complex of Needy Students from Impoverished Families in Viewing Angle of Subsidizing

要使高职家庭经济困难学生真正"脱贫",不仅要保障经济上的资助,更多的是从精神上加以教育和心理上加以辅导,而这关键在于从疏导家庭经济困难学生的自卑心理入手。作者结合多年资助工作经验,针对资助工作中如何妥善处理家庭经济困难学生的自卑心理提出应对措施。

To help needy students from impoverished families in college really "get rid of poverty", we should not only guarantee economic assistance, but also provide more education in spirit and psychological counseling, whose key lies in dredging their inferiority complex. With my many years of combined experience in subsidizing, I will put forward some countermeasures on how to properly deal with the students’ inferiority complex.
