高职旅游类专业海外实习项目化管理模式的探索与实践——以浙江旅游职业学院迪拜实习项目为例

The Study and Practice on Administration Pattern of Overseas Practice Project with Tourism Majors in High Vocational College

本文以项目化管理理论为指导,通过解剖分析浙江旅游职业学院赴迪拜高星级酒店实习项目成功经验与不足,探索高职旅游类专业海外实习工作项目化管理的机制与运行方式,为提高职业院校学生实践教学质量贡献一份力量。

With the guide of project administration theory, and by dissecting and analyzing the successful experiences and failures with the students’practice projects to Dubai’s high star hotels by Tourism College of Zhejiang, this paper trys to study the administration system and operation mode on overseas practice project with tourism majors in high vocational college. In this way, we want to contribute a strength for improving the teaching quality on student practice.
