摘要
在对上海旅游从业人员跨文化交际能力实证调查的基础上,本文分析了旅游从业人员跨文化交际能力弱项的成因。结合世博会旅游服务活动特点的分析,以著名学者Brislin的跨文化沟通培训的方法和模型为理论指导,提出了包括优化学校课程体系、改进英语教学、加强岗前和岗位培训、培养多元文化背景下动态的交流模式、提高服务意识等对策。
On the basis of fact investigation of current status of communication competence of working staff in Shanghai travel industry,this paper makes a thorough analysis on the weaknesses and concludes the possible reasons.After illustrating the features of Expo tourism service activities and under the guidelines of Brislin’s cross-cultural ocmmunication training model,the paper puts forword some feasible measures including bettering curriiculum system,improving English teaching,strengthening pre-post and post training,cultivating flexible communication model,improving service awareness of working staff.
