摘要
通过对会计专业学生的就业调查,了解他们的就业情况和对学校所学的反馈,认为高职会计人才培养定位是一个动态的过程,要加强对学生实践技能的培养,要注重学生综合素质的提高,要注重对毕业学生的跟踪调查。
Based on the accounting student employment survey, We’d like to know their employment situation and the feedbacks on the school learning.We think that the orientation of personnel training is a dynamic process.We should enhance student’s practical skills development, and focus on improving the overall quality of students as well as, we should focus on follow-up survey of graduates.
