模块式教育在高职新生始业教育中的运用

Application of Modular Education on Orientation of Senior Vocational Freshmen

从中学生活进入大学生活是学生人生旅途上的一次飞跃,如何使高职新生尽快的适应大学的生活,是高校新生工作的重要内容,本文从学生环境适应,安全问题,理想信念,素质能力,专业教育,心理健康六大方面论述了大学新生难以有效适应大学生活的现状,并提出了高职新生始业教育的模块式教育,对如何开展始业教育进行了阐述。

For middle school students, entering college is a great leap forward on their life journey. Thus it becomes extremely important for the college to adjust freshmen to the campus life as soon as possible. The thesis approaches six aspects of college life that appears to be difficult for the freshmen, namely, environmental adaptation, safety issue, ideal and belief, quality and ability, professional education, and mental health. The author then proposes to adpot modular education in orienting senior vocational freshmen and elaborates on its knowhow.
