千岛湖高星级酒店外语使用和培训现状调查研究

A Study on Foreign Languages Usage and Trainingat High-Star Hotels of Qiandao Lake Area

酒店业的迅猛发展给旅游院校的饭店外语教学带来了挑战和动力。本研究以国家5A级旅游景区——千岛湖的几家高星级酒店为样本,以问卷和实地走访的方法,研究并分析了当地高星级酒店外语使用和培训现状,对旅游院校产学研提出了建议。

The rapid development of the hotel industry has not only created new opportunities but also brought us more challenges and motivations to our relevant languages education and training.By sampling a number of high-star hotels in Qiandao Lake scenic area,one of the National 5A-Class Tourist Attractions,the paper uses survey and on-site research method to analyse the foreign languages usage and training situations of local high-star hotels.It also provides tourism col-leges some recommendations on teaching,research and society-services.
