摘要
在当前国内就业形势比较严峻的情况下,开展创业教育,激发大学生的创业意愿,促进其创业行动已成为一个极具现实意义的社会问题。本文以旅游管理专业大学生为研究对象,从个人特征、自我效能感、创业教育与创业意愿互动的角度考察影响其创业意愿的主要因素。研究发现:创业自我效能感、创业教育与创业意愿两两显著相关,个人特征与创业意愿和创业自我效能未显著相关。
Under the severe situation of domestic employment,it has become a significant social problem to enhance carve-out education and stimulate college students’ willingness to start an enterprise.Choosing college students majoring in tourism management as an object,this paper examines main factors influencing students’ carve-out willingness from the perspective of interaction among personal characteristics,self-efficacy,carve-out education and carve-out willingness.The results indicate that there are significant interconnections between college students’ personal characteristics,self-efficacy,carve-out education and carve-out willingness.However,there is no significant interconnection between personal characteristics and carve-out willingness.
