摘要
国家教育部明确规定了大学英语课程教学的目标是:"培养学生的英语综合应用能力,特别是听说能力。"因此,培养学生的英语听说能力在大学英语教学中显得异常重要。本文应用克拉申的第二语习得理论,指出听力教材需要具有可理解性、有趣性、多样性、全方位性、大量性的特点,并且探讨了对大学英语听力教学方法的改革,旨在提高学生的听力能力。
Ministry of Education clearly defines the objective of college English teaching:"develop a comprehensive English language proficiency of students,especially listening and speaking ability." Thus,the training of students’ English listening and speaking ability is extremely important in college English teaching.According to Krashen’s Second Language Acquisition Theory,this essay points out that listening materials have the features of intelligibility,fun,diversity,and sufficiency.It also discusses the reform of college listening teaching methods in order to improve students’ listening ability.
