摘要
多年来,国有企业在人才建设方面不断突破、不断创新,成效显著,但仍远远不能满足企业生产经营和市场形势发展的需要,如何树立科学的人才观,如何转变机制留住人才,是当前国有企业迫切需要解决的新课题。因此,论文分析了当前国有企业青年人才存在的问题,然后提出解决措施。
Over the years the state-owned enterprises have continued to make breakthroughs in building up young employees, however,it is far from meeting the need in production and operation,and market situation and development How to establish the scientific outlook on talents and how to change the mechanism to retain talents are an urgent topic for state-owned enterprises.Therefore,the paper tries to analyze the current situation of young employees in the state-owned enterprises, and then offers some solutions.
