On Differentiated Talent Training Modes at Hubei University Vocational Technology Institute (Wuchang)

随着国家政策的大力支持,旅游管理专业在各院校的纷纷开设,高等教育一再扩招,我校的生存空间受到空前挤压。学校领导团队带领全校教师探索出一种差异化人才培养模式,即实施国际化人才培养战略,博采众长,兼收并蓄,自成一体,从而使学校走出一条适合自身发展的旅游职业教育之路。

Along with the national policy support,many universities and colleges opening their tourism management majors,and their enrollment expanded,our existing space has been unprecedentedly squeezed.The school leadership at-tempts to explore a kind of differentiated talents training mode.That is to implement the international strategy of personnel training,learn widely from others’strong points and absorb them to make the school adopt a suitable development way.
