基于社区的生态旅游开发——以杭州西溪湿地公园为例

Development of Ecotourism Based on Community

生态旅游追求的是旅游业、自然保护及区域振兴三者之间的协调与统一,它的合理运营与科学管理需要旅游者、旅游经营者、当地居民、行政部门及研究者等主体的最佳配合。生态旅游管理中的社区参与是指当地居民长期参与游览地自然生态、民俗风情为主要内容的旅游开发、经营和管理,它是影响旅游业能否长期稳定发展的重要因素之一。文章通过对杭州西溪湿地公园的开发模式进行研究分析,发现西溪湿地公园在社区参与管理方面存在一些问题,并提出有关建议。

Ecotourism is designed to achieve the coordination and unity among Tourism,nature conservation and regional revitalization.Its reasonable operation and scientific management involve the best coordination by tourists,tour operators,local residents,administrative departments and researchers.Community participation in Ecotourism management means development,operation and management of the long term local participation in ecology and folk customs as the main part of tourism.It is one of the important factors to influence the local tourism in the long run.Through analysis of the research and development of Hangzhou Xixi Wetland Park,this paper proposes community-based management and puts forward comments on some problems of this development mode.
