摘要
以浙地山庄为例,从餐饮管理的视角,结合酒店所处地域的资源状况、餐饮特色及服务对象等因素,从餐饮经营模式的选择、主打菜谱或菜品的定位及餐饮文化传承创新等方面进行探讨与分析,提出如何做好综合性宾馆的餐饮服务工作。
Taking Zhedi Resort as an example,this paper will talk about how to improve catering service in the comprehensive hotel.Combined with such factors as the resources,catering features and customers of Zhedi Resort,it discusses and analyzes the selection of the business model of the catering,the positioning of the main menu,the inheritance and innovation of the culinary culture from the perspective of catering management.
