摘要
当前,虽然《旅游法》顺利出台,但是我国旅游市场监管存在的旅游经营主体混乱、市场监管主体力量薄弱分散、多头执法、行业协会发展受限、旅游监管中沟通标准缺失等问题仍不容忽视。为使我国旅游业健康可持续发展,立足《旅游法》,必须充分运用行政指导的"柔性执法",加强旅游监管队伍建设,理顺监管体制,充分发挥行业协会作用,制定科学合理的市场监管沟通标准。
At present China’s tourism market supervision has achieved some success with The Law of Tourism coming soon, but there are still some problems such as business subject confusion, weak market supervision, multiple law enforcement, limited industry associations and absence of supervision standard. To make a healthy and sustainable development of China’s tourism industry, we must make full use of administrative guidance "flexible enforcement" so as to strengthen tourism regulatory team building, to rationalize the regulatory regime, give full play to the social organization of industry management.
