构建“三位一体”的高校学生党员创先争优长效机制

On Constructing Long- term Mechanism of Encouraging CPC College Students to Work Well

高校要贯彻党的十八大精神,以增强学生党员的先进性和纯洁性为主题,以强化学生党员入党后的再教育为主线,积极构建由理论学习机制、责任担当机制、监督考核机制构成的"三位一体"的学生党员创先争优长效机制。通过构建学生党员理论学习机制,增强学生党员参与创先争优的自我意识;通过构建学生党员责任担当机制,丰富学生党员参与创先争优的活动载体;通过构建学生党员监督考核机制,激发学生党员参与创先争优的内生动力。

Colleges should construct the trinity long-term mechanism of encouraging CPC students to work well,covering the theoretical learning mechanism, responsibility mechanism and supervision mechanism. In order to strengthen their sense of more participation, we should provide more activities in becoming excellent, construct the responsibility mechanism so as to build the supervision and assessment mechanism.
