景区化背景下带动农民增收致富的思路及对策研究——以杭州市淳安县为例

On Ways and Measures to Make Farmers Richer in Scenic Area——Taking Chun’an County as a Case

"十二五"以来,国家出台多项政策鼓励旅游产业发展,淳安县也迎来了良好发展机遇,既有省级旅游综合改革试点县落户,又有全县景区化全面实施,全县按照"县域风貌景区化,建设工程景区化,县域旅游一体化,产业融合景区化,设施服务景区化"的战略部署,以县域大景区为目标,大力发展以乡村旅游为主导的多元化的旅游产业,积极带动沿线农民增收致富。本文以淳安县为例,阐述了景区化背景下,农民增收渠道、产品体系、产品布局、对策研究等四个方面内容,以期为景区化背景下如何带动农民增收致富提供经验案例和政策参考。

Since the Twelfth Five-year Plan is put into action, the State has introduced a number of policies to encourage the tourism industry, which has given Chun’an a good opportunity. So some provincial tourism comprehensive reform pilot is settled in this county.In accordance with the "scenic landscape of the county, construction area of the county tourism integration, area of industrial integration, facilities service area", the country is making efforts to develop rural tourism as the leading role, actively help the farmers get richer.This paper, taking Chun’an county as a case,is to elaborate on some measures about how to provide experience to make farmers richer regarding scenic, rural income channels, products, systems, product distribution and etc.
