摘要
主题公园是旅游目的地建设的重要组成部分,更是旅游经济乃至地方经济发达地区的重要衡量指标之一。随着国内各大城市主题公园的快速发展,其人力资源发展的结构性矛盾突出以及流动性过快、专业性缺失等问题也日趋明显,并已明显影响其自身综合竞争力与可持续发展。本文以国内主题公园发展的集聚区--环杭州湾都市圈为例,通过对其各个层次人才的抽样调查或访谈,分析影响其人力资源发展在工作环境、薪资待遇等方面的作用机制与实效,剖析影响主题公园人力资源发展的具体原因,提出促进其人力资源发展的对策与措施。
Theme parks are important contributing parts in the construction of tourism destinations,and now is considered as one of the significant indexes in measuring the developed areas of tourism economy or even regional economy. However,the rapid development of theme parks in urban areas also face several problems which have shown passive effects on their comprehensive competitiveness and sustainability. The problems include structural contradictions,excessive mobility and lack of professionalism in the development of human resources. This paper,taking Hangzhou Bay Metropolitan Circle,a theme park clustered district in China as an example,conducts sampling surveys or interviews among talents at all levels,and analyzes the influences of working condition,salary and benefits on the development of human resources. Furthermore,the paper reveals the influencing factors of theme parks’ human resources development,and proposes countermeasures to promote the sustainable development of theme parks.
