Research on the Response to Personal Safety Crisis in the Context of Chaos Theory——Based on Thailand Cruise Incident

基于混沌理论构建游览人身安全危机预警机制是防治游览过程中人身安全受损的有效手段。阐述了人身安全危机理论、混沌理论和游览危机预警机制理论,剖析了近年游览人身安全危机事件,建立了游览危机评价指标体系、危机预警机制、危机防治综合管理机制和教育与宣传等系统。研究表明,防治游览人身安全危机事件,关键是重视旅游行业初期敏感性,对初始值进行有效控制,而建立危机预警机制、危机防治综合管理机制和加强教育与宣传是其核心内容。

Constructing a warning mechanism for personal safety crisis based on chaos theory is an effective means to prevent personal safety damage during the travel. This paper expounds the theory of personal safety crisis,chaos theory and the theory of early warning mechanism of visiting crisis. It analyzes the recent personal security crises and proposes the establishment of a tourist crisis evaluation index system,crisis early warning mechanism,comprehensive crisis management mechanism and education and publicity system. The study shows that the key to the prevention of the crisis of personal safety in travel is to pay attention to the initial sensitivity of tourism industry and control the initial value effectively. The establishment of a crisis early warning mechanism,an integrated crisis management mechanism and the strengthening of education and publicity are its core contents.
