312例IgA肾病口服激素依从性及其影响因素分析

Status of Oral Hormone Compliance in 312 IgA Nephropathy Patients and Its Influencing Factors

目的描述IgA肾病患者口服激素药物的依从性,并探讨其影响因素。方法运用Morisky药物依从性量表、出院指导质量量表、简易版疾病感知问卷对312例IgA肾病患者进行问卷调查,采用pearson相关分析其相关性,多元逐步回归分析其影响因素。结果 IgA患者口服激素依从性与出院指导质量、获得信息、指导技巧及效果、个人控制、疾病了解度呈正相关(P<0.05),与情绪呈负相关(r=-0.574,P<0.001)。其中,家庭月收入、指导技巧及效果、疾病了解度、情绪是影响IgA肾病患者口服激素依从性的因素。结论通过增加家庭月收入、高质量的出院指导及患者正确的疾病感知,可以提高IgA肾病患者口服激素的依从性。

Objective To describe the present situation of oral hormone drug compliance in IgA nephropathy patients and discuss its influencing factors. Methods A questionnaire survey was investigated among totally 312 patients with IgA nephropathy patients using Morisky Medication Adherence Measure,Discharge Guidance Quality Scale and Brief Illness Perception Questionnaire. Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation,and multiple stepwise regression was used to analyze the influencing factors. Results The oral hormone compliance of IgA nephropathy patients was positively correlated with the quality of discharge guidance,information acquisition,guiding skills and effects,personal control and understanding (P<0.05),and negatively correlated with emotion (r=-0.574,P<0.001). Family monthly income,guidance skills and effects,understanding and emotion were factors that affected the oral hormone compliance of IgA nephropathy patients. Conclusion By increasing the monthly income of the family,the quality of the discharge guidance and the patient's correct perception of the disease,the oral hormone compliance in IgA nephropathy patients can be improved.
