欧盟公司法的国际化协调在涉及根深蒂固的文化传统领域遭遇立法僵局 ,绕道而行回避了一些敏感问题。90年代兴起的“准法”这种中间调节机制消融了这些坚冰 ,成为进一步走向融合与趋同的催化剂。
The international coordination of EU company law su ff ered deadlock in areas involving deeply grounded in different country's culture and tradition. The bypass model avoided some of the sensitive issues. The “soft law' as the intermediate mechanism emerging from the 1990's helped to melt such hard nut, and has becoming an increasingly important convergent force.
