伤害犯罪是一种常见多发的侵犯公民人身权利危害社会治安的暴力犯罪。当前伤害犯罪特点有:波浪式上升、多数发生在熟人之间、被害原因以琐事纠纷为主、被告人以初中以下文化程度19—35岁的男性农民为主等。预防伤害犯罪需要加强对农民教育;充分发挥基层组织化解矛盾的作用;广泛地推广复和方式。
An injury offense is a common,frequently-occurring,violent crime infringing upon human rights and jeopardizing public security.Injury offense in nowadays has such characteristics as:1.It increas-es in an undulating way;2.It always occurs among acquaintances;3.The causes of victim are mainly dis-putes;4.The accused are mostly male peasants aging from19to35whose academic levels are below ju-nior middle school.In order to prevent injury offense,we should strengthen education for the peasants,make full use of primary organizations to dissolve the contradictions and extensively spread the ways of reconciliation.
