社区安全服务的社会化是解决社区治安问题“综合症”的有效途径,是社区成员履行搞好社区治安的权利和义务的表现形式和社区警务工作成败的关键;社区安全服务社会化体系的两大构成主体是社区自身的安全服务力量和外来为社区安全服务的社会力量;要通过加强宣传教育、建立完善制度体系、开展风险保障工作来构建社区安全服务的社会化体系。
The socialization of community security service is an effective way to resolve the comprehen-sive community security's problems.It is a form of expression for community members to fulfill their rights and obligation for good community policing affairs,and is decisive for its success or failure.There are two main bodies for constructing the system of community security service:one is the community's own securi-ty service force,the other is the outside social force.We should construct a socialization system of com-munity security service by strengthening propaganda education,setting up a complete system and develop-ing risk-ensuring work.
