摘要
近年来我国的毒品犯罪日趋严重。毒品分析研究的蓬勃开展,在毒品的认定和戒毒过程监控中发挥着重要的作用。常见的毒品分析的物理化学方法有化学显色法、紫外分光光度法、荧光分析法、显微拉曼技术、付立叶变换红外光谱、化学发光分析法、毛细管电泳分析、气相色谱、气相色谱-质谱联用、高效液相色谱、高效液相色谱-质谱联用等。
Abuse of drug in China has increased rapidly these years.Analysis of drug plays an impor-tant role in drug control.The recent progress on drug analysis by chemical color test,UV/Vis spectrome-try,illumination method,macrolalleman technique,FIRT,chemical luminescent method,capillary elec-trophorses,gas chromatography,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,high performance liquid chromatog-raphy and high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry was reviewed with emphasis on their principles and application.The advantageous and disadvantageous of these methods were discussed.
