摘要
法律经济分析方法的引进,以一个全新的视角突出了诉讼效率在现代司法中的重要性。在辩诉交易制度的引进过程中,同样存在着成本与收益的问题,同时其成本与收益具有自己的特点。通过对辩诉交易的成本—收益分析,达到定量分析的效果,从而对这一制度在我国的现实应用产生有益的启示。
With the outcome of economic analysis of law,litigation efficiency has become very promi-nent in modern judicature from a brand-new angle of view.There is also a problem of cost and benefit when absorbing the system of plea bargaining.In the same time ,the cost and benefit has their respective characteristics.To attain the goal of quantitative analysis of plea bargaining by analyzing its cost and ben-efit,many beneficial enlightenments will be obtained while applying this system in our country.
