试析美国对台湾研制核武器的对策

On the United States'Countermeasures Against Taiwan's Nuclear Weapon Development

中国大陆成功进行第一次核试验以后,台湾试图秘密研制核武器以改变现状。几十年来,美国对台核政策主要表现在两个方面,一是在和平使用核能方面与台湾进行合作;另一方面是限制其不得从事浓缩铀的提炼以及核废料后处理。但是在冷战背景下,美国并未严格约束台湾秘密研制核武器,以此导致台湾不断违背承诺。

After PRC successful conducted the first nuclear test,in order to changed present situation,Taiwan secretly try to develop nuclear weapons.For years,the United States towards Taiwan nuclear policy reflected two aspects: on the one hand cooperated with Taiwan under peaceful employ nuclear power; on the other hand discouraged Taiwan from acquiring critical technology for producing fissile materials. However under background of the cold war,the United States never strictly restricted Taiwan secretly develop nuclear weapons,and continuously break its promise.
