摘要
德国的东方政策是统一前的德国政策的一个范例。其主题是在德国分裂的背景下如何处理与苏联和东欧国家的关系,核心为有关国家未来的重要问题,是分裂还是统一。在本文中,东方政策所涉及的是,威利·勃兰特(Willy Brandt)—沃尔特·谢尔(Walter Scheel)政府在实现与莫斯科、华沙和——最后但却并非最不重要的——东柏林关系正常化问题上所做的努力。
