学生社团是院校学生中的基层组织单位,社团管理水平的提高有助于学生社团工作效率。本文分析高职院校社团管理实际需求,探讨了在日常事务中,如何有效利用office办公软件、Photoshop等常用软件,增强高职院校学生社团管理工作效率。

Students' community is the basic unit in colleges. the improvement of community management is helpful to the work efficiency. This paper analyzes the actual needs of the community management of higher vocational colleges, discusses how to effectively use the common software in daily affairs, such as Micro-office and Photoshop, to enhance work efficiency for students' community management in higher vocational college.
