摘要
分析认为柳钢7号方坯连铸机生产的铸坯内裂原因:结晶冷却不合理、二冷区设计不合理、铸坯跑偏、水表冷却过强、拉矫机压力过大等,介绍了实施的优化结晶器冷却、二冷区设计优化、合理控制水表冷却、减弱拉矫机压力等措施,使铸坯内裂控制在0.5级以内。
The causes of reed occurred in the billet which was produced by No.7 Billet Caster of Liuzhou Steel were analyzed as that: crystallzing and cooling were unreasonable, and the secondary cooling zone was also unreasonable, casting direction was offset, water cooling was too strong and the pressure of withdrawal straightening machine was too big. The countermeasures to optimize the mould cooling and secondary cooling zone design; to control the water cooling reasonably as well as to decrease the pressure of withdrawal straightening machine were introduced, and hence, all these measures can control the reed of billet within in Level 0.5.
