摘要
分析原料特性、结晶水、碱度、FeO、料层厚度对烧结矿粒度组成的影响,介绍实施的优化原料结构、动态控制混合料水分、高碱度烧结、厚料层烧结、优化工艺与创新等改进措施及效果。
The influences of raw material characteristics,crystal water,alkalinity,FeO,layer height to the size consist of sintered ore were analyzed,and the corrective measures such as to optimize raw material structure,control the water content in mixture dynamically,implement high alkalinity sintering and high layer sintering as well as to optimize the process and innovation and its effects were introduce.
