连铸低碳低硅铝镇静钢起机钢水黏分析与对策

摘要 从连铸方面分析柳钢7号板坯连铸机生产低碳低硅铝镇静钢起机钢水黏的原因:起机炉保护浇注效果差、中包烘烤不好、中包上水口设计不合理、中包工操作水平差等,介绍了实施的优化起机炉保护浇注效果、改善中包烘烤、优化上水口设计、提高中包工操作水平等措施及其效果。 The causes for molten steel bonding occurring at the casting start to produce the low-silicon aluminum-killed steel in No.7 Slab Caster of Liuzhou Steel in respects of continuous casting procedure were analyzed; and the causes included bad protective casting in the first casting process, bad tundish heating-up, unreasonable design for the upper nozzle of tundish and the poor operation made by tundish operator. The countermeasures such as to optimize the protective casting effects of the first casting process, improve the tundish heating-up, optimize the upper nozzle design and improve the operation skill of tundish operator, and its effects also were introduce.
