摘要
分析影响2号RH炉真空室插入管和底部槽耐火材料使用寿命的因素,介绍实施的控制底部槽耐材砌筑方式和优化插入管维护工艺等措施,使寿命分别提高了17炉/次和38炉/次。
The factors to influence the service life of the insertion tube and the bottom channel of the vacuum chamber of No.2 RH Furnace were analyzed. The countermeasures to control the masonry way for the refractory material of the bottom channel and optimize the maintenance process of the insertion tube were introduced, and hence the service life was improved 17 furnaces/heat and 38 furnaces/heat respectively.
