抗癌散结方治疗原发性肝癌介入术后临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Hepatocellular Carcinoma with Kang'ai Sanjie Decoction

目的:观察抗癌散结方治疗原发性肝癌(肝热血瘀证)的临床疗效。方法:将80例诊断为原发性肝癌(肝热血瘀证)的患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组选取单纯西医介入治疗;观察组在对照组的基础上加用抗癌散结方治疗,比较两组患者治疗后肝功能、凝血功能、甲胎蛋白、KPS评分、临床疗效及生存率。结果:观察组患者在肝功能、凝血功能、甲胎蛋白的改善情况上均优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的临床疗效、KPS评分均优于对照组(P<0.05),同时间点比较观察组生存率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在西医治疗的基础上,加用抗癌散结方治疗原发性肝癌(肝热血瘀证)的疗效较好,可改善患者的生化、免疫等指标,对于提高临床疗效、提高生存质量及生存率均有效。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Kang’ai Sanjie Decoction in the treatment of primary liver cancer(liver heat and blood stasis syndrome). Methods:Eighty patients diagnosed as primary liver cancer(hepatic heat and blood stasis syndrome)were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 patients each. The control group was treated with Western medicine alone;the observation group was treated with Kang’ai Sanjie Decoction on the basis of the control group. Compared liver function,coagulation function,alpha-fetoprotein,KPS score,clinical efficacy,and survival rate after treatment in the two groups of patients. Results:The patients in the observation group were superior to the control group in the improvement of liver function,coagulation function,and alpha fetoprotein(P<0.05). The clinical efficacy and KPS scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). The survival rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at the time point(P<0.05). Conclusion:On the basis of Western medicine treatment,the use of Kang’ai SanjieDecoction for the treatment of primary liver cancer(liver heat and blood stasis syndrome)has a good effect,can improve the patients’ biochemical,immune and other indicators,to improve clinical efficacy and improve the quality of life and the survival rate is valid.
