《针灸甲乙经》咳逆上气治疗思路探析

Analysis on the Treatment Ideas of Cough on Inverse Gas in A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion

为进一步挖掘经典著作中针灸治疗疾病的学术思想,指导临床的针灸应用,该文从病因病机、针灸治疗原则、针具选择、不同刺法、取穴规律及针灸禁忌等方面重点对《针灸甲乙经》全卷中咳逆上气的治疗思路进行浅析与探讨。认为《针灸甲乙经》中多种疾病均涉及咳逆上气,其针刺工具、针刺方法,不拘一端,取穴有一定规律,对今天针灸临床治疗咳逆上气有较大的指导意义。

In order to explore the academic ideas of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment in classical works and guide clinical acupuncture applications,this article focuses on A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis,acupuncture treatment principles,needle selection,different methods of acupuncture,acupoint selection and acupuncture taboo etc. That mainly analyses and discusses the treatment ideas of cough on inverse gas in the full volume. It is believed that various diseases in the A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion involve cough on inverse gas. The acupuncture tools and acupuncture methods are not limited to one end. There are certain rules for acupoint selection,which is of great significance for the cough on inverse gas in today’s clinical treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion.
