桥本甲状腺炎中医药治疗研究进展

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Hashimoto Thyroiditis

随着桥本甲状腺炎(Hashimoto Thyroiditis,HT)发病率的逐年升高,关于中医药治疗本病的研究也逐年增多,但目前尚缺乏该病的中医诊疗标准,其临床用药尚不够规范与系统。该文对中国知网(CNKI)2008年1月—2017年12月中医药治疗该病的相关文献进行梳理,从病因病机、分型论治、分期论治、专方专用、经方与时方的运用等方面分析归纳其研究现状,以期为该病的中医规范化治疗提供参考。

The clinical researches of TCM in the treatment of Hashimoto thyroiditis have increased as the incidence of Hashimoto thyroiditis increasing year by year. But the therapeutic standard with TCM has not been formed. The clinical medication is not is not enough norm and system. This paper reviews the research status from aspects of pathogeny,pathogenesis,and classification treatment,staging treatment,specific medicines,classical prescription and current prescriptions by combing literature from January 2008 to December 2017 in CNKI. And in order to provide some reference for the standardized TCM therapeutic regimen formulation.
