Analysis of Syndrome Differentiation and Mechanism of Acupuncture Analgesia in Treating Sciatica

目的:对近十年针刺治疗坐骨神经痛现代临床文献进行规律性研究,总结针刺治疗坐骨神经痛的辨证分型分析及其镇痛机理。方法:运用计算机数据检索,系统整理(2006年1月—2017年12月)近十年现代临床治疗文献中关于针刺治疗坐骨神经痛的相关文献进行归纳总结。结果:总结近十年针刺治疗坐骨神经痛文献,坐骨神经痛根据经络辨证分型多为足太阳膀胱经和足少阳胆经病变,足少阳胆经型主要选取悬钟、环跳、风市、阳陵泉;足太阳膀胱经型主要选取秩边、委中、昆仑、承山,坐骨神经痛病因多为气滞血瘀、湿热及寒湿闭阻所致。结论:针刺治疗坐骨神经痛值得在临床推广。

Objective:A regular study on the modern clinical literature of acupuncture treatment of sciatica in the past decade,summed up the syndrome differentiation and acupuncture mechanism of acupuncture treatment of sciatica. Methods:This work summarized through the collation of modern clinical literatures in recent ten years that from 2006.01.01 to 2017.12.31 on acupuncture treatment for sciatica by using computer data retrieval system. Results:Syndrome differentiation of sciatica mainly are GB39,GB30,GB20,GB34 in foot gallbladder meridian and UB54,GB40,BL57 in bladder meridian. The causes of sciatica mostly are Qi stagnation,damp heat,cold and wet resistance. Conclusion:Acupuncture is worthy of popularizing in clinic for treating sciatica.
