“开流、澄源、复旧”治疗鼻渊探讨

Discussion of Biyuan Treatment “Opening the Flow,Clarifying the Source,Involution”

鼻渊相当于现代医学的急慢性鼻窦炎,是耳鼻咽喉科的常见病、多发病,其病因病机复杂,容易反复发作,临床治疗颇为棘手,令患者十分困扰。笔者参考由金元时期医家刘河间发展的玄府学说及明代医家方约之的"塞流、澄源、复旧"治崩三法,结合临床证治所见,认为"开流、澄源、复旧"为治疗鼻渊更为系统有效的治疗思路及方法,望能为临床治疗鼻渊提供新的治疗启示。开邪出之流,澄病邪之源,复玄窍之旧,使阴阳重归平和,鼻玄府气机顺畅,津液交流动态平衡,如此则无病邪复燃之忧。

Biyuan which is the equation of acute and chronic sinusitis of modern medicine,is also a common and frequently-occurring disease of otorhinolaryngology. The pathogenesis of Biyuan is complex,and it is a recurrent disease with treatment difficulties. As a result,Biyuan is troubling a lot of patients. Referring to Xuanfu theory developed by the physician of Jin and Yuan Dynasty LIU Hejian and'three methods of treatment for metrorrhag and metrostaxis'of the Ming Dynasty physician FANG Yuezhi,and combing with the clinical diagnosis and treatment,the author considers that'opening the flow,clarifying the source,involution'is the the systematic and effective treatment thought and therapy of Biyuan,that may give some new enlightenment to clinical treatment. Opening the flow is to make a cut to drive the disease off,clarification the source is to get ride of the disease cause,and restoration is to bring back the body recovery. Through those ways,Yin and Yang can be regulated,the Qi activity of nose Xuanfu would be harmonic,the exchange of body fluid would also get balanced dynamically,and finally the patients suffering from Biyuan would be allowed not to worry about the resurgence of the pathogenic factors.
