通腹汤治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect Observation of Tongfu Decoction on Early Postoperative Inflammatory Small Bowel Obstruction

目的:观察通腹汤治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析诊治的33例术后早期炎性肠梗阻患者病历资料,均采用常规治疗方法,并加用"通腹汤"经胃管注入的方法。观察治疗后1周内研究对象的肠鸣音恢复时间,肛门恢复排气、排便时间,症状完全消失时间等情况。通过观察患者症状缓解情况,从而证实"通腹汤"疗效以及中西医结合治疗的优势。结果:经此方法治疗后,33例患者1周内有效28例,无效5例,临床总有效率为84.85%。结论:采用"通腹汤"治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻疗效显著,且有利于腹腔内炎症的消退和渗出液的吸收,促进肠功能恢复,极大的提高西药的疗效,可以作为西医常规治疗的补充手段,值得临床广泛的推广使用。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Tongfu Decoction on early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction. Methods:Retrospective analysis of the medical records of 33 patients with EPISBO in patients medical records. The conventional treatment method was used,and the method of Tongfu Decoction was added and subtracted from the gastric tube injection. The recovery time of bowel sounds,anal recovery of exhaust,defecation time and complete disappearance of symptoms were observed within one week after treatment. By observing the remission of symptoms of patients,we can confirm the curative effect of Tongfu Decoction and the advantages of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Results:After this treatment,33 patients were effective in 28 cases and ineffective in 5 cases. The total clinical efficiency accounted for 84.85%. Conclusion:The treatment of early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction by using Tongfu Decoction is effective,and is beneficial to the retreat of abdominal inflammation and the absorption of exudate,promote the recovery of intestinal function,and greatly improve the efficacy of Western medicine. It can be used as a supplement to the conventional treatment of Western medicine.
