自拟益肾降浊化瘀汤配合西药治疗单纯高尿酸血症临床观察

Observation on the Efficacy of Self-designed Yishen Jiangzhuo Huayu Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Patients with Simple Hyperuricemia

目的:探讨观察单纯高尿酸血症患者中自拟益肾降浊化瘀汤配合西药的有效性。方法:将68例单纯高尿酸血症患者作为对象展开临床对照试验,采用随机数字法将患者分为西药组(34例,西药治疗)和配合组(34例,自拟益肾降浊化瘀汤+西药治疗)。对比治疗前后中医证候积分、24 h尿尿酸、血尿酸、尿酸清除率变化,评价两种治疗方案的有效性及安全性。结果:治疗后两组主症、次症、总中医证候积分、血尿酸水平均降低,其中配合组上述数据均低于西药组,组内治疗前后及治疗后两组间数据对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组24 h尿尿酸、尿酸清除率均升高,其中配合组均高于西药组,本组内治疗前后及治疗后两组间数据对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);配合组总有效率高于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);配合组不良反应发生率与西药组相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对单纯高尿酸血症患者采用自拟益肾降浊化瘀汤配合西药治疗能够显著减轻症状,降低血尿酸水平,提高24 h尿尿酸水平和尿酸清除率,有效性和安全性均理想。

Objective:To explore and observe the efficacy of Self-designed Yishen Jiangzhuo HuayuDecoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of patients with simple hyperuricemia. Methods:68 patients with simple hyperuricemia were noted as the subjects to carry out a clinical trial,who were divided into Western medicine group(34 cases,Western medicine)and coordination group(34 cases,Self-designed Yishen Jiangzhuo Huayu Decoction+Western medicine)by complete randomization. Before and after treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes,24 h uric acid,uric acid and uric acid clearances were compared,and the efficacy and safety of the 2 treatments were evaluated. Results:After treatment,the main symptoms,secondary symptoms,total TCM syndrome scores,blood uric acid levels in the 2 groups were decreased,and the above data in the coordination group were lower than those in the Western medicine group,with statistically significant differences in the data between the same group before and after treatment and the 2 groups after treatment(P<0.05). After treatment,the 24 h urine uric acid,uric acid clearances in the 2 groups were increased,which in the coordination group were higher than those in the Western medicine group,with statistically significant differences between the same group before and after treatment and the 2 groups after treatment(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the coordination group was higher than that of the Western medicine group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the coordination group was similar to that in the Western medicine group,without statistically significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion:Self-designed Yishen Jiangzhuo Huayu Decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of patients with simple hyperuricemia can significantly reduce symptoms,reduce uric acid levels,improve 24 h uric acid level and uric acid clearance,which is effective and safe.
