新活素序贯芪苈强心胶囊治疗肺心病心衰疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Xinhuosu Sequential Qili Qiangxin Capsule on Cor Pulmonale and Heart Failure

目的:观察新活素序贯芪苈强心胶囊治疗肺心病心衰疗效。方法:随机选择2014年1月—2018年7月在沈阳军区总医院及东北国际医院进行治疗的肺心病合并慢性右心衰患者150进行临床研究。随机分为观察组和对照组各75例,对照组根据患者情况给予相应治疗,此外给予冻干重组人脑利钠肽共计3 d。观察组在对照组治疗方案的基础上增加芪苈强心胶囊序贯治疗,共计4周。观察两组患者临床疗效、中医症候评分、治疗前后血清学指标、生命体征变化以及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组4周后总有效率为96.00%,明显高于对照组85.33%。治疗后观察组中医症候积分明显低于对照组,观察组HR、R、SP、DP及24 h尿量改善明显优于对照组,观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组。但两组治疗后NT-pro BNP、Copeptin、PRA、Ang II、ALD等指标水平无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:新活素序贯芪苈强心胶囊对肺心病合并慢性心衰具有良好作用,能够明显提高患者临床疗效,缓解患者临床症状和生命体征,减轻药物副作用。

Objective:To observe the effect of Xinhuosu sequential Qili Qiangxin Capsule on the treatment of heart failure in pulmonary heart disease. Methods:150 cases with pulmonary heart disease complicated with chronic right heart failure,which admitted in our hospital and general hospital of Shenyang military command area during January 2014—July 2018,were selected as the research object and divided into the observation group and the control group randomly,each group of 75 cases. The control group was given corresponding treatment according to the situation;in addition to lyophilized recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide total 3D. The observation group was added Xinhuosu sequential Qili Qiangxin Capsule therapy based on the treatment of the control group for 4 weeks. Clinical curative effect,TCM symptom score,serum indexes,vital signs and adverse reactions before and after treatment of the two groups were observed. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment for 4 weeks was 96%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group 85.33%. After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group;HR,R,SP,DP and 24 h urine volume improvement of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group;adverse reaction rate of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group. However,there was no significant difference in NT-pro BNP,Copeptin,PRA,AngII,and ALD between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05). Conclusion:Xinhuosu sequential Qili Qiangxin Capsule has a good effect on patients with chronic heart failure of pulmonary heart disease,can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,relieve the clinical symptoms and signs of life,and reduce the side effects of drugs.
